Hi, I'm Hayley, founder of Funzley, professional doodler, lifelong storyteller, and general bringer of fun.
For over 20 years, I’ve been behind the scenes designing best-selling products for some of the biggest names in children’s publishing and retail, from Walmart and Target to trade shows in Paris and New York. I’ve worked with global brands like American Greetings and Buffalo Games, had multiple licensing deals, and seen my creations reach families all over the world (even if my Mandarin still needs work). I’ve helped make millions… just not for me.
Until now.
I’ve worked with the biggest names in children’s publishing, which I’m super proud of, but now I’m bringing my own ideas straight to the children, because that’s what matters most.
Funzley is my passion project, my creative playground, and my time to shine. It’s a joyful, family-run brand proudly based in the UK, created to share books and gifts that celebrate every child’s personality, humour and imagination.
At Funzley, I do what I’ve always loved most — create quirky characters, bring them to life with my hands, and tell stories that help children laugh, learn and feel totally seen (especially the ones who think reading’s not for them… yet).
Every product is made with love, personality and purpose, from our funny fiction and hands-on activity books to gifts that are playful, thoughtful and packed with heart.
