Dispatch times can vary depending on whether the item is personalised or handmade.

 

Birthday Orders:

If your order is for a birthday or special occasion, please order well in advance to allow for processing, delivery, and — for international orders — any potential customs clearance delays. especially for deliveries outside the UK.

 

Delivery Timeframes:
UK: 3–5 working days for processing + 2 working days for delivery.

 

Dispatch & Delivery UK Orders:
All items are made to order. Processing times vary by product but are usually 3–5 working days before dispatch. See individual listings.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (usually 2 working days after dispatch).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

 

International Delivery Information
We ship all overseas orders using Royal Mail International Tracked (or Tracked & Signed where available).

 

Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

 

USA & Canada: 6–7 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 6–7 working days
Rest of World: 6–7 working days


Please allow up to 25 working days before contacting us about a delayed parcel, as customs checks can sometimes cause delays of 2–3 weeks. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 6 weeks.

If your order is for a birthday or special occasion, please order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

 
International Orders & Customs:
EU Customers
At present we do not ship to the EU from our website. Please shop via our TikTok Shop for EU delivery.

 

USA Customers (from 29 Aug 2025)
U.S. Customs will apply import duties of around 10% of your order value. USPS will contact you for payment before delivery.

Other International Customers
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged on arrival. These are not included in your shipping cost and must be paid by the customer. Funzley is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs clearance.

 

Digital Products:
All digital products are delivered instantly via email once your payment is confirmed.
